Suggested Use

For Adults: Take ¼ teaspoon three times per day.  In some circumstances take ¼ teaspoon as frequently as every 30 minutes for additional support.  Do not exceed 3 teaspoons in 24 hours.

For Children 12 and under: Take ? teaspoon three times per day.  In some circumstances take ? teaspoon as often as every 30 minutes for additional support.  Do not exceed 1 teaspoon in 24 hours.
