It is closely related to its companion product, Snap Into Motion Lower, with the addition of one herb which directs the action of the formula to the upper body. Snap Into Motion Upper is contraindicated during pregnancy due to the blood-moving action of the formula. Consult a healthcare professional if taking prescription blood thinners.

Suggested Use

For Adults: Take 1/4 teaspoon 3 times per day.

For Children 12 and Under: Take 1/8 teaspoon 3 times per day.

Certain circumstances may require additional support: take the age-appropriate dose as often as every 30 minutes. Daily maximum 3 teaspoons for adults, 1 teaspoon for children under age 12.
