Suggested Use

For Adults: Take 1/4 teaspoon 3 times per day.

For Children 12 and Under: Take 1/8 teaspoon 3 times per day.

Certain circumstances may require additional support: take the age-appropriate dose as often as every 30 minutes. Daily maximum 1.5 teaspoons for adults, .5 teaspoon for children under age 12
