Suggested Use
3 tablets twice daily for 2 to 8 weeks. Take tablets with at least 8 ounces of water, about 1/2 hour before or 3 hours after meals. Continue with 1 to 2 tablets twice daily. Some people prefer to use 2 to 3 times these amounts.
